I have three storage spaces in various areas (moving overseas) and found Justin to be helpful, pleasant and efficient. The storage area is perfectly fine, they are all kind of standard, but the ease of making a reservation on line was great, and the customer service excellent.

The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They patiently answered all of my questions as this is my first time using a storage unit. after comparing several facilities I felt Bowman offered the best competitive price for a 10x15. I actually was able to sign my contract earlier than my move in date without any issues. My one concern is that the gate was open prior to arriving with the move in truck and stayed open. I'd have to follow up with the security policy. So far - I'd recommend to a friend.
