I’ve never had a storage unit, so I was a bit confused as to how it worked but the gentleman I spoke to before my move in day was very helpful and informative. He went over the whole process and it was very easy. I was a bit confused looking for the actual unit, again I’ve never had one, so I didn’t realize the small “door” led to a hallway with different storage units. Just my oversight. The only thing I was a tad bummed about was I thought I’d get one of the units with the “garage dooor” as the main access point, not through a small “garage door” and into A hallway. Probably my oversight and I could’ve easily asked, but that’s the only small downside. I have one or two large pieces (large sofa) that I’m not sure will make it into the unit but I can store it at my parents house thankfully for the time being. Other than that small hiccup, it was a very smooth and easy process.

Very efficient and customer friendly

Our Cube Smart storage facility is very customer oriented and efficient. We were assigned as storage space quickly and the manager followed up with us several times. Our only concern is lighting at night in the area where our vehicle is stored.
