Great customer service

I moved in yesterday. Online reservation was a breeze. Wanted to check the place out before committing. Matt showed me around and answered my questions before I could even ask, Very thorough. I moved in yesterday but initially had issues with my access code. Called management and my issue was quickly resolved (I forgot a key component of access code). Within a few minutes I entered and was unloading. One suggestion, and I may have missed this instruction, had a hard time figuring out how to get the lock on the unit. We finally figured out that you had to move the lever over and it would then easily lock.

Pretty good experience except for gate was a little bit of an issue

Have not seen any mouse poop or anything like that in my unit unlike another storage unit that I have in Middletown. Which is very disgusting I'm so sick of it I'm going to move all my stuff to Franklin

In places, no fence. Not well cared for.
