Office Closed TWICE on Saturday During Business Hours
The office at my location was closed twice on Saturday during the posted time they were supposed to be open. The person at the front desk has no communication device that a customer can contact to let them know they are outside the office. There needs to be a phone number or front door buzzer that a customer can activate to directly contact the on-duty office person. ALSO... There needs to be more push carts for customers. There are only three for the entire first floor storage building. There needs to be two carts per entrance.

Best Place to Store in Charlotte
Storage facility is so clean, very secure, and has great lighting! The guy who works the front desk is also extremely kind and helpful. If anything you should store your stuff here because of him!

Nice facility, carts a bit small
The facility is very clean and the store rooms feel nice and spacious. There is a code that will easily get you through the access points to the storage area. I would prefer 24 hour access at no additional charge. The carts are on the small side but you can fit two in the elevator at the same time. The halls are wide so you can get your belongings through the halls easily. All in all I give it 4.5 stars due to the after 10 PM surcharge for late night access.

First thing I noticed was how clean everything was and the customer service was wonderful. I was explained how everything worked in detail and asked if I needed any moving supplies. I felt like they cared and the unit itself was spacious and clean with easy access. Go store it is awesome
