Guess I’m not getting storage.

After I reserved with sparefoot Owner called me the day before I was to move in and said he’d call back that day after checking inventory. It has now been 6 days. So I guess I’m not renting.

Very cooperative!

The owner was pleasant, cooperative and attentive. I liked not having to schedule to meet up and skipping all the unnecessary formalities as we just needed to move in fast and go on our way! The information was delivered professionay and clearly. We knew just what to expect upon arrival, also he texts and that is VERY convenient!!!

Not at all Responsible Business Establishment!

I reserved a 10 x 15 online for October 1 for $75. When I confirmed the reservation, it was all set. However, when I arrived, nobody was there! The office was brand new nothing inside! Nobody answered the phone number on the sign! There is no fencing, no security, nothing! I was there with a loaded 17' truck, and was rushed to pick up my daughter in Lake George. I found an empty 10 x 20 proceeded to empty my truck, called and left a message for the owner. He needs to understand, the sign says there are NO 10 x 15 units there, I had one reserved, and I WILL be getting the one I had to use for the same price I had reserved.
