The best storage facility I've ever used!!!

This is a very clean and well maintained facility!!! I have had to store my belongings many times in the past but never received this incredibly warm and welcoming feeling!!! Mary is absolutely wonderful and you will leave with a very comfortable feeling knowing that your belongings are being left at such a safe place under the watch of a staff that truly cares!!!!

Taylor called me shortly after my reservation to confirm same and schedule on-site visit to inspect available units. Upon arrival, Taylor greeted me quickly and explained the process and benefits of this location. She took time to address all my questions and we toured the unit. We did settle on a great unit and she walked me through step by step in getting all the paperwork arranged. We tested the gate code (something other places don't as it "takes time to get set up in tue system") and verified it worked before I left the property. All in all, very quick process and Taylor was fantastic.

A "MUST" RENTAL

I wasn't able to rent from them because the distance was to far compared to where I was travelling from. The price of the 5X5 climate controlled indoor space was excellent, but the main reason for even considering to rent there was the staff (2 ladies). They were so so very pleasant and answered all my many questions without a hint of frustration. The manager even called her husband to provide me with directions, so that I could avoid any toll fees while travelling there. I received email follow-ups and a phone call. When I called them back to communicate that I could not take the space, they were just as kind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would definitely refer and rent from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was looking for a cheap storage seeing I needed to move asap. I just needed something small and not expensive with access to it a reasonable times . This storage was a miracle the lady at the front desk was awesome and very kind. Paper work took 10 mins and I its was fast and I felt at ease that I found a professional facility with good pricing in such a reasonable time and you can even hold the storage unit which made it even better for me knowing my storage unit was saved for me til I got there to do paper work. Just amazing and I definitely will refer a friend to this storage.
