The price was excellent for a 10x20. And the location of the storage place was what I needed. Customer service was kinda lacking though. An older gentleman had me get into his car that clearly had issues with the driveshaft. Every time he put it into drive, the car jerked forward abruptly-- I coulda got whiplash! lol He showed me a unit and it happened to have had 3 doors to it, in which they expected me to pay for 3 separate locks! WTH?! I wasn't happy with that with all the other fees. So he then showed me a unit with 1 roll up door and it was close to the exit gate-- ok, much better! He was slow on the computer to get me into the system so I could electronically sign the contract. When I asked about the price for a mattress bag that was displayed there, he told me that he would answer me later when he was finished typing the receipt/contract. Ok then... cannot multi-task giving a price verbally while simultaneously typing. The place serves its purpose and the monthly rent is good so I'd probably recommend them to a friend.

Seems like a good place for low cost storage.
I just moved to Florida & found StorQuest online. The price was good for the amount of space I wanted, and I didn't need climate control. The area was reasonably clean & seems as secure as anywhere else. There are a couple extra charges when you open an account to watch out for. The young woman in charge did a thorough job and was helpful and friendly. My main complaint was that there are times during the day when there is no one there. It would be nice if they included that in their hourly listing.

You get what you pay for
It's a convient location for me, I did find a promo code for the facility which did help with my decision. However, the front gate was broken for more than two weeks and the staff didn't seem to understand my concern. Also, I noticed that because of the rain it did get into the step of my unit.

Good price, good customer service
Told when I got there that the unit I reserved online was not available. Not the best feeling, but she eventually found an available unit that I reserved. Nice person that I dealt with. Good price after shopping around. Be aware that you have to purchase a barrel lock when you check in that you own, but won't be much use after you move out unless you rent there another time. Also, 5 x 10 unit was actually 4' 7" x 9' 6". I would rent there again.

I couldn't have been happier.
These people were very easy to work with. Being a business from Orlando, our move in date had to change 3 times and they were very cordial and cooperative with all the changes and accomodations that needed to be made. I definately will be renting additional units here as necessary and I will recommend them to anyone if the opportunity arises that I hear of someone considering them.
