Is there any way to speak with somebody other than Brian

I started in September of last year with this company when it was U storage and at first I thought it would be somewhere that I can do business and at the point in time when I didn't need the storage I had to move out of my place due to the landlord not fixing things I am pending disability and have been doing so ever since 2018 so with that being said it has been twice I have not been on time to pay my storage but it gets paid but I get harassed and threaten by the manager Brian on numerous occasions and now today because I'm one month and a couple weeks behind I'm trying to go and pay my balance for the two months because this month is not over with but Brian is trying to force me to pay for 3 months and that's impossible because the third month has not even came around yet but the most reason why I am making this review talk to people accordingly the way you would like to be treated I don't know who or what is in charge of this company but y'all need to get a better manager because at the end of the day threatening people talking to people any kind of way and making situations even worse because of what reason I have no idea but I have never in my life and my 40 years being harassed talk to or threatened every month from any place about something that belongs to me that I have to pay them I'm not going to lose my things but I'm not going to be bullied either Henry on other hand is a very good person and I really really apologetic that he has to work up under somebody like Brian I've been spending my money even though I'm struggling trying to find me a new place everybody know it's hard out here right now but one thing I'm not asking for is a handout all I'm doing is asking for the common respect and I have yet to get that so if there's any way that the owner or the corporation that owns this company can get in contact with me I can send you the numerous of emails the numerous of text messages of all these threats from Brian good manager

Just rented a storage facility. The transaction was easy and pain free.

Rate Increase Within 3 months

Very disappointed as I received rate increase of about $50 within the first 3 months of renting space. I am forced to move my things once again for a better rate. Would not recommend.

Ryan and Henry are awesome and very friendly. Made me feel like I’ve known them my whole life lol but over all they have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Great customer service! When I forgot to bring a lock they let me use one of their cylinder locks for the day. Also the original five by five unit I rented was too small and she upgraded me to a 5x10 unit that was no more than 50 ft from my old unit.
