Very nice but…

The manager and assistant manager really do go out of their way to help. I’ve had my unit for a year and a half now. When I moved to a smaller unit I found out all of my belongings are infested with roaches and I don’t know what to do when I am ready to move out. I don’t blame the staff I blame corporate for not have some type of exterminating done. This is Florida for goodness sake.

The staff there goes above and beyond.

Even though the staff has multiple jobs he went out of his way to make sure I got in there.

Theives and nasty

I have rented from this facility for 6 months, it started a month after i rented. My unit was broken into and ONLY THE ELECTRONICS were stolen. Each month, it gets dirtier and nastier. At one point there were people LIVING IN THEIR UNITS. Today, broken glass was by the exit, trash cans over flowing, dumpster overflowing out of the gate, and someone had spilled a sticky drink in front of my unit. Which tells me, no one has walked the halls of the storage facility or CLEANED ANYTHING.
