Overall intro process and signing up was good.

Very nice!
Units are brand new. Building looks clean and smells good. Set up was a breeze. The only con is the mandatory insurance that they don’t tell you about until you are making payment. Other than that, I’m happy so far!

Awesome customer service
Very easy to reserve a unit at a reasonable price and awesome customer service ones at the location. Paperwork was fast simple and easy no gimmicks or fees that you are not warned about. Unit is very clean and bathrooms for tenant use were extremely clean as well

Free Truck is a Real Bonus
Randy was very personable, patient, kind.. it is important that he ensure he take the time to Show where you fuel gas in the free trucks they provide.. which Did Not happen for me, resulting in multiple unnecessary trips that wasted gas. Customer service Does need work for that very factor. I'd also like to see that loading zone expanded a bit, especially knowing how busy that can get..! Space very clean tho and very cold so be prepared for that! I feel confident my items are safe and have no worries of any bug infestation. Only Huge catch for me is that sparefoot quoted $129 for my unit and the final cost is $150 monthly ... like paying for a hotel stay, hidden fees everywhere!

Too much paperwork
Place is very clean and organized. Getting through all the paperwork was horrible. Nothing was ready to review and sign. The first month's rent was difficult to understand how it was arrived. I had to ask multiple times how the total was arrived. Not a good way to start. It took too long to get through all the paperwork.

A safe and beautiful building.
The storage space is well constructed, safe and easily entering the code pads. The 5x5 storage is perfect and has great lighting sensors when moving the corridors.the dolly floats and the hand trucks are at the entrance, could would hope there where a couple more. The move day in was done by fantastic service and the time was excellent!

Convenient &new storage units, with elevators and Competitive pricing**
Brand new storage units, with elevators and super competitive pricing. Definitely feel that my stuff is safe here. Like I said the billing and units are brand new, in a very convenient location, super competitive pricing which actually is cheaper than the competitors by just a bit after you get the mandatory insurance that they provide.(This insurance is not mentioned until final pricing , Of course if you have your own insurance then you don’t have to worry about this extra 10 or $12 charge… But I did not , therefore my unit cost about the same as anywhere else when It was all added up and totaled….) The inside of the building where your storage will be is very clean and the air conditioner feels great this time of year! Also there are very clean restrooms available as well as water fountains, which are accessible regardless of staff presence.
