This was my first storage unit I have ever bought and the customer service was amazing the manager was very transparent and explained the whole process and even showed us how to unlock our unit and where to find it.

Clean and up-to-date facility but the nickel and dime you on the fees

Booked the facility through sparefoot.com and was quoted a fair price; but when I arrived on site to sign the lease the price was different for the access privileges I was promised by sparefoot.com.
