The units are well priced for the size needed. All the other places in town for the same size unit were 20 to 30 dollars higher a month. They also offer insurance at a reasonable monthly rate.

The staff was professional.All my information was in there system when I arrived. The unit was clean and has a light inside unit. Bonus for me as a lot of storage facilities only provide outside lights. The bulb wasn't working I called the office and they came a changed it immediately. This is why I gave a 4 star rating.

I have been a customer here for years...you couldnt ask for a better staff (Diedra) or service.

I have always been treated with respect and professionalism from the "Stewards of Storage" here at this Michigan Avenue location. I recommend this location to everyone. Uncle Bob should be proud to have this team managing this location.
