The staff has been exceptional!!!

The process was easy, the staff has been exceptional and the facility is very nice. We did not use anything but a large SUV so I can not speak to the convenience of having a large truck, moving trailers or a moving company navigating the driveway. I would probably do a satellite view to see the maneuverability. Our only complaint is the threshold into the sliding doors. They are so large that the trolleys are difficult to get over them especially if you have a tippy load. That is minor though compared to the great facility. It is just annoying not to have a smooth transition in the door.

Friendly and helpful service.

Nysa was very friendly and helpful. She was patient as we waited for information from our insurance company. Once the paperwork was done, she took us to our unit and answered all of our questions.

A bit pricey. Uber clean! Friendly, nice employees. Need an extra hand truck or two. Don't like the need to buy their unique lock that only can be used at their facility.
