Prices continually Jump/ Not 24 hour unless you pay more!
Weâve been storing our Stuff there for a few years now and the price has almost doubled ð¤. The unit canât be accessed 24:7 unless you add another fee on which is ridiculous. The Place is monitored well but the bathroom isnât even accessible after closing hours which is totally bizarre considering weâre inside a climate controlled unit!!
Definitely not happy with the chronic increases and looking to get out

Jennifer was very knowledgeable and polite!
We live right down the road and needed to store for the summer Jennifer kept my reservation for even a couple days after my move in date! This place was SUPER clean. Thought I would feel differently about having to go up an elevator but nope not an issue there carts make transportating everything super easy.
The security is very high, you have a code to get in the door and you code only allows you on the floor your unit it! Genius!!!

It was easy to find online and reserve a unit. Pat, the customer service rep on site is fantastic. She is very patient and allowed me to view serveral units before I made a decision. The facility is very clean and feels safe.

Nice employee, bad smell!!
I reserved a spot on the phone but when I got there it wasn't available. They gave me a excellent price on a smaller unit. Bringing things up in an elevator was clunky and awkward. It smelled like twenty rotting rat corpses due to people storing food most likely. Yuck! I'm finding a bigger, less stinky place as soon as I can afford it.

I was very pleased with the facility but not with the promise I was made about the unit I was to have. I had reserved a unit near the elevator as I had a lot of furniture and then was given one quite a distance from the elevator with lots of twists and turns. It took lots more time to move in and a lot more expensive for the move. The unit I had reserved was ignored and the price was more than I had anticipated. I would appreciate an adjustment before I would highly recommend the storage to others.Thank you,Judith

I got a great price on a 10 x 10 climate controlled unit. I saved a lot of money switching to Simply Storage. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The facility is also very clean. I would recommend this storage facility to my friends and family!!
