Rude to customers
If they make a mistake on there end they or rude to you for their mistake. When you call they don't answer the phone. Sometimes we can't get in the gate due to their
System not working properly.
They act as if they don't care. I use them because it is convenient for me.

Terrible.
First of all, there was rat poison all over the floor. It was smaller than it should've been, by about a foot. Worst of all though, I would say, is how they refuse to help or set an arrangement with you when you get laid off due to a pandemic

When I rented the unit I was supposed to get a free lock but didn't. I sent an email with ad attached. Never heard from anyone. All my Mom's items that I was given after her passing stolen. 87 piece vintage China over 60 years old same with all her crystal. Two custom made onyx tables also about 60 years old. 6 oak dining room table chair also about 60 years old. Items my mom had in her curio cabinets. All gone and the facility owner refuses to look at surveillance video. What is it there for then? I will be filing a civil suit. Don't store your stuff at this place.

They do not pro rate units. I am moving stuff out around August 10th.
The only issue I have is they don’t prorate any units. They also don’t do automatic payments

The space is great for the price. I would tell anyone I know about y'all.
I love the space and the price. I would tell anyone and everyone. If I hear someone talking about they need an storage space, I will tell them about y'all. Even if I don't know them. What I mean about that is, if I hear someone in an storage or somewhere else and they are trying to find an storage space I will tell them about y'all.

I rented a 5 x 10 that is actually 4x9 when I measured it..the ad said available access 24 hours and its not..but they do close at 11pm and I was in a hurry when I got there so I rented the unit anyway..i will change storage units next month or two.

Very nice manager! Easy to get in and out
Checked in on a Saturday it was quick and easy. The manager was very nice! When we were leaving she stopped me to let us know that if we let her know what day we were moving the stuff out she could extend the time on the gate so we did t have to move while it was still blazing hot! (I'm planning on moving out in August).
