Good move-in start, but it did take a little bit more time than expected.
Arrived at 9:30 am in seeing the manager we had set up, but
he had to leave for another location, so the nice lady in charge
met with me in starting the process of getting a new unit (my 2nd
storage unit now in use at Life Storage here in Cocoa).

Poor service.
Although I finally got a unit it took me over three hours even though I had reserved one. The unit I reserved was supposed to have a 4 foot door it not only did not have the 4 foot door it was also in the building with no lights impossible to move stuff into a unit when you cannot see. Although they gave me dealing with the 800 number for unit with a 4 foot door I ended up paying more and have a bigger unit then I needed because of the screw up

Very nice. Fast and easy storage.
The worker is very friendly. I made reservations the night before and the next moring he was calling. I uad misplaced my pin number to the gate code and he was very respectable when i explained to him and he had no problem with reissuing me it again.

I can't remember the gentlemans name but he was a manager he went above & beyond my expectations. Showed me multiple units jus to give me ideas. Informed me bout the rental service of the van. Informed of ways to save money as well

Overall experience was fabulous!
We rented the unit last minute online and was overwhelmed with how easy and quick the process was. When we arrived at the place we were greeted and helped immediately. We were showed the unit before confirming everything. Completely impressed with the process and the customer service.

the place was ok and the price as well but...
we have used storage facilities before. never had to show proof of insurance or buy it from the storage company. so the fair price got worse.
the man at the office was very pleasant and helped us out. then we found that the storage bin has a defective door, for now. the security gate is stuck open, for now. was told the gate was hit by lightning and it would be repaired asap. went back today to add a couple things to the storage and i just drove right in. i hope the storage door and the security gate is repaired soon.

Fast & Easy!
I have gone with Uncle Bob's in the past, and this time I needed storage in a hurry. I was able to go online, grab a reservation, and great discounts in the process! When I walked into the facility, most of the work was already finished, just needed a few signatures and the payment and I was ready to get started on my space. The gentleman working the morning that I went to Uncle Bob's was very nice and helpful. I also happened to see another employee spraying for pests while I was there and that made me very happy to know that pests are something they make an effort to keep out. I was very satisfied with my experience

Staff was very helpful, the prices are great. The unit is a little dingy but its an extrerior unit so that's ok. But great prices and was able to get my free moving truck rental!
