to whom it may concern customer service was outstanding. The place was so clean. I can eat off the floor storage space was very good. I am very happy that I made the right choice for the customer service in the facility. Great communication, love the atmosphere would recommend this to everyone that I know.

Clean, professional, good price
The whole experience was so pleasant. Odette was fantastic. A beautiful soul. After having toured other storage facilities the day before, my husband and I knew immediately we wanted to do business here. Not only was the price right, but the facility was well maintained, the climate controlled areas were actually climate controlled and not humid or stuffy, hallways are very well lit, floors are clean and customer service is great (thank you Odette!). Itâs customary for prices to increase after a while but hope itâs not too soon because weâd feel like itâs a bait-and-switch. Weâd still prefer this location as long as the prices donât get too crazy.

Excellent customer service and clean facility
I reserved my storage and needed to change the move in date as the movers were not coming on the scheduled day. Karen was very helpful and even advised on what unit to get to save me money so the movers wonât have to charge for a long haul. She was very patient and explained all the terms of the month to month contract. When i got to the storage facility I waited about 5 mins for Karen to attend to me because she was cleaning the surrounding storage units which I was happy to see. I did not mind waiting for her because to me this showed they care about the cleanliness of the facility. Reservation, checkout and move in was easy and efficient! Thank you Karen.

Cleanest, friendliest facility Iâve ever used.
This facility has the friendliest staff ever. I retired from the Army after 20years. Me and my wife moved our family here to start a new life. Us not knowing anyone in the area. Ms Karren at the front office was absolutely helpful giving us information about the area. Her facility is the cleanest and best looking Iâve ever seen and used in all my years in the army using storage facilities.

Very reliable and clean.
I was looking around and found this place. I am relocating to Claremont from South Florida. Space. Very friendly staff, affordable and letâs not forget to mention it has climate control unit itâs very clean and beautiful coma and I was able to get my first month for free. Easy access I cannot ask for anything more. Thank you!

Clean, quick and flexible
Odette was super helpful and friendly. I needed to change the size of my storage space at the last minute and it went seamlessly. The facility is very nice and clean. I feel safe having things stored here. Highly recommend this business.
