Locally owned and operated. We feature 5x10's to 12x30's, most with drive up access, Climate and Non-Climate controlled, Workshops, and Outside RV/Boat Parking. Resident Manager on-site. We try to make your storing experience as easy as possible, that's why we keep our policies and prices as transparent as we can. When you rent from Tropicana, you are not required to purchase OUR lock and we don't require you to purchase monthly insurance, which saves you on UP-FRONT costs and the monthly fees. Friendly and clean

The lady that helped me at the office was friendly and funny. I was a bit grumpy when I arrived there. But she made me feel better about the storage unit. I actually felt glad I picked this place.
