Excellent facility!

I went in and the person behind the desk asked me what I was storing to make sure I was getting the right unit. Very clean, personalized codes to enter the facility, and there are no other storage facilities that charge even close to their pricing. They also do the first months rent as a $1 so you really can't beat the pricing!

Outstanding Storage Facility. Highly Recommend!

Everything has been wonderful about using this storage facility. Juan is fabulous -- quick to help, efficient with paper work, and available to assist as needed. The unit is very secure and I feel that my belongings are safe. I could not ask for a better experience. Highly recommend.

Best Storage Unit I have ever used

I have units in South Carolina, Georgia, and now Lakeland, FL. This facility is top notch. It is very clean and Juan, the manager is great! He has never failed to expedite every facet of renting from New Highlands, from updating my code to filling out paper work. This is a great place to store your stuff
