Great service, speedy execution

Teresa, our move-in specialist, was very helpful with the rental, but also with area services and localities. She knows her business and makes the move-in as easy as can be. She went out of her way to make sure we had the storage unit we needed and wanted.

Great customer service, good location

Good location. Easy access. Clean facility, the manager, John, always keeps the grounds clean, no trash laying around. He is also very customer service oriented. He knows his customers by name and is very polite and knowledgeable to speak with. He makes the renting process quick and easy. I highly recommend this storage facility!

An outstanding facility run by good people.

I can say that I have had several different storage units through the years, but Mr.James runs the best one I have seen. It is easy in, easy out. The location is easily accessible, and located where I can get my vehicle and trailer in and out without having to worry about excess traffic. The facility is always kept clean. Anytime I have had any discussions with the management, they have always been more than helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.
