Great staff and great facility.

I have been tremendously pleased with North Salem Self Storage. The facility is clean and easy to get around in. The staff is top notch and are quick to answer any questions or concerns you might have. I have recommended them to many friends and family and will continue to do so. Also, the price compared to other facilities is either equal or far less than other places around and quite a bit nicer.

We have 3 large units and are pleased

We have 3 large units and have been customers since 2008. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that things aren't kept as neat and clean as they were when we first started renting. It's not uncommon to see old furniture or pallets or other discarded items left at the ends of the building. These things tend to sit for weeks before being removed. Overall, we are very pleased with the space, security, location & staff. I have recommended North Salem to several friends who now have rentals there, too.

I would recommend

First of all the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had zero problems as long as I have been storing my RV there. The only thing negative at all is that my boat is too large to be able to make the turn to put it in a covered unit, but it's not their fault that I have a large boat, so I can't blame them.
