Despite sizes smaller than advertised, good value & great service.
Trojan Storage of Everett appears to be well-maintained and offers a secure environment. The pricing for the units is reasonable but beware. The square footage of the units is shorter than advertised. Depending on your needs, measuring in person is recommended.
Despite this discrepancy, the overall experience was positive due to outstanding customer service. Manager Heidi Sanders' proactive approach and transparency about the available space helped me make an informed decision. She went above and beyond to assist me with my storage needs. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made the process smooth and stress-free.
I truly appreciate Heidi's dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and her commitment to making my storage rental experience a pleasant one. I recommend Trojan Storage of Everett for its pricing, secure facilities, and the exceptional service provided by Manager Heidi Sanders.

Best place to store your house.
Friendlys people. They make you feel right at ЁЯПа. Extremely helpful. And they put up with my husband. That in it's self says a lot. Come on home ЁЯПа and store belongings with the best people in Washington.

No way contact their supervisor
Yes, I would recommend it, but their price is deceitful. They listed the price saying $125 per month, and 50% off for two months. And then I called and verified they said the same thing and they made me sign up. I dropped from Mount Vernon to Everette 50 miles. I arrived with my stuff, and I wald told the price is only for two months, but their actual price is $250; then I asked to speak with the supervisor, I called and emailed no response.

Friendly staff, Competitive Pricing, Secure Storage
I have stored my storage at these facilities for over 6 months, management is always friendly, welcoming & knowledgable. Trojan has the BEST pricing I've found in the Everett area. These storage units are kind of out of my way as I live in North Everett. But the inconvenience is worth it knowing my belongings are safe & secure. I love that in a pinch I can access my unit 24/7 (with a small fee) & that there is a on-site manager to keep an extra eye on the grounds. To top it all off they 100% have the best prices you can find in the area. Kevin has been especially helpful &
has always been willing to do what it takes to work with me in anyway he & Trojan storage can to accommodate my needs in storing with them.

So far so good!
From making the reservation over the phone to paying my bill everyone was friendly and helpful when it came to answering all my sill questions. I even got there at the very last minute and they still made it a pleasant experience and didnt seem to mind at all. I'm happy with my decision to rent from these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nice and secure place
The 2 mos at half price is a little misleading. If you rent in middle of the month, it’s prorated but that still counts as a month. Otherwise, great place.

Boot pleased
Not pleased with the storage unit they rented me the size is not 10x10 like they advertise it is 6 and 1/2 ft by 8 and 1/2 ft if that's what they mean by 10 x 10. Had to take the unit because I made reservations for it and didn't have time to go find another storage. Will not be doing business again

Super easy to set up, took less than 10 minutes!

Salvino, one of the managers is one of the nicest people on the planet. Helped us through picking the right unit at a great price. They just bought the property and are in the process of fixing it up, should look great in the next few months.
