Ray was efficient and made moving into storage enjoyable

Nobody likes moving. It's draining and not many people are happy or easy to deal with, which in turn, makes the person working there not so friendly. Not here! It was nice having Ray explain everything in detail while rushing to get my paperwork done. He gave me a promotion for the first month that I feel wouldn't be offered anywhere else unless I asked. It's very clean and conveniently located with a Goodwill right next door. This is a bonus since the majority of people needing storage are likely making many dump runs and donation runs as well. Well done!

It was a great experience!

All was good until I brought the truc bac, than that's when the lady kinda got a Liles abrupt I gave her keys not gas receipt ND we only went down the street and it took like $1.85 something quite low, she than said well u could have put more gas n there and I said it clicced like 3 times she said well u should have made it clicc more. But I guess I'll accept it, now I'm thinking wow I filled it and brought a receipt and it's still not good enough? Other than that it was good the older man was real sweet

I was extremely impressed with the facility and service

This is my first time using a storage unit. I found the facility to be clean, well managed, and secure. There was a mixup with my reservation, and the staff went out of their way to correct the problem and be sure I was not charged. At every turn, they seemed committed to making it a good, smooth process. I give them high marks!

rat infestation

This place refused to let me know of a rat problem, continued to collect rent without notifying me of a problem in their facility, and now refuses to compensate for the loss of my furniture and damage to my items stored while renting due their rat infestation. A selection lower than 2 rating is not available to click on. I give it zeros - the rental was a waste of money because my things are not usable and I have to spend time and extra money to replace the things I stored here. Nightmare. Don't rent here.
