Office visit would have been easier
Web freeze ups... process left hanging- felt like signing a kid over. Too much Terms & conditions. I do not feel legally safe. I'm SURE you do, though. Cant afford to have My attorney look over everything to make sure you dont own my house or such. Its just A storage unit.

Rates keep rising every 6 months.
I loved it when the old owner had the units. He had really fair pricing. The new owner has raised the rates 4-5 times. Yes they put in a gate and new fencing which it didn't have before but still, doubled the pricing in a little over a year. and it goes up each year. Found a new unit at a different location, same size for half the price. You may want to look around.

Very pleased with Heather and my init.
Heather was the one who helped me get my unit. She was very professional, friendly, thorough, and helped me set everything up. I am very pleased with her and am very happy with my unit. The location is great as well!

Gate code issues
Got one and the gate code wouldn’t work. Called and they got me in. Had to change the code due to things and then my new one wouldn’t work. Now I don’t think they are even in on my day off to go threw my stuff and find what I need for work and everything. And I don’t know what was literally all over my door but it’s the only one with anything on it but it’s covered in whatever it is.

AMAZING!
The customer service was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful even late at night. I got the unit very cheap and moved in at night to accommodate my busy schedule. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Great storage for an affordable price
Had an emergency at my home and needed a place to store my belongings while renovations took place. I was able to pay for the unit and sign all paperwork online the night before, and moved in the next day. Easily one of the best experiences I've dealt with in a long time.

Hands down best priced units and excellent customer service!
I found Ephrata Self Storage to be the best priced storage facility around and I did extensive price comparison. The paperwork was a breeze. The customer service was top notch. The unit was very clean and well lit. Very convenient location. I highly recommend this business.
