The office is at a different location

I went down a week early to do the paper work. The address that I received in the email was not the office. They should specify where the office is if it is different from the storage facility. I have not yet received the lock and now I see that I qualified for a discount. Guess I will have to call again. It is a pain that I may have to drive back to EC to get this settled (1.5 hour drive). All that said... both ladies that I interacted with were pleasant and, once I found the office, the sign up forms did not take long at all.

Signing up for family member

Brought paperwork with me to sign up for family member who could not come. No problem... she made it very simple and stress free. Got the free lock too, which came in handy! Got the job done! Thank you!

Looked at a great secure facility..then was sent to a different one.

I was impressed with the location and the high security ...but when all was said and done I was sent to a different location....It happens.
