I love this storage company the staff is very friendly and they always go above and beyond for me and my husband рџ¤—we have used Premier RV and storage facility a few times since we have lived in Elmirage the units are clean and I feel safe leaving my belongings on your guys his property thank you for being there when I needed a Storage

Friendly staff
Coming from out of state we really appreciate the help and the great staff at Preimer RV & storage. We only are able to use the spot for 6 months and they are very easy to work with and very friendly. They also have a very clean facility which makes it nice to know our RV is well cared for under there roof!

Very good customer service!
This facility is very nice and clean. There is a lot of room to drive in big vehicles and deload them. The office staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The price is best you will find on the west side of town.

Seems nice the entrance & exit could be better. The opening to the property is small for 1person to be leaving & 1 coming in especially if 1 is driving an RV/big truck towing/ moving truck.

It's by far the best place I found for storing our motor home after searcing for just the right place.
I feel very comfortable knowing where our class A motor home is stored. Premier offers the best "covered storage" I found for keeping our motor home out of the Arizona sun but the security of the facility is what made it a no-brainer. Heather and the staff are great and helpful whenever I've have questions. It's also good having service and body repair businesses right on the property.
The only thing I would change is location of the wash bay / dump station. I would like to see it located somewhere other than right in the congested service and body shop area to make it easier to get large vehicles in and out and more room for washing.
All of the positives at Premier more than make up for this one issue for me. There's no question that I would highly recommend it.

Peace of mind
We have stored our motorhome at several sites over the years, and are very pleased with the facility security and ease of use, and the office staff has been very helpful and patient when we had questions or problems (such as trying to pay bills online). No complaints at all.

This is the second time I rented from Premiere Storage. I rented from 2001-2007 then sold my RV and when I bought another coach in 2013 I only had to see Heather and Premiere for my storage needs. There value especially when you travel makes this a perfect place to store your RV. Heather is the best and most efficient person I have met in along time. Hours of operation are wonderful when you need to store or need your RV for travel. Best storage on the West side.

Very well maintained and operated business.
My only concern is the inconvenient location of the dump station but I understand that is not the most important thing. My unit is in shade all the time and that is hard to find. Management staff are friendly and do a good job. I like the online pay feature.

I would rate this facility a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. I am so glad we found it for storing our motorhome.
As snow birds, we had used another storage facility in the west valley for storing our motorhome. After having problems with that facility, we moved to Premier RV. Heather has been absolutely great to work with. I wouldn't store my RV anyplace else.

NO WORRY STORAGE! Our home away from home is well taken care of.

Well kept and super friendly!
Our RV is always safe and we love the covered and paved lot. Too many places have dirt lots which increased the dirt on our RV tremendously. It's easy to get in and out and Heather is always super friendly!
