Great customer service. There were damages in the unit and we were offered another unit in the event we didn't like what we had found...we were o.k. with it, took pictures of damages for future reference.

Had to sweep my unit before moving things in.
Decent place. Driveways/roads between units could use patching. Also check units for cleanliness when people move out.

They had no record of my reservation in spite of confirming phone call and text
Even though they had no record of my reservation and did not recognize the sender of the confirming text, they were able to get me moved in. The unit had some remnants from the previous occupant and has hives/nests (I believe they are wasps) that I will have to treat.

Best find in storage in years
I haven't rented storage often. Generally, it is a tedious task to locate storage of an appropriate size in a reasonably convenient location. The process went fast and I am more pleased with this storage rental than I can ever remember being in the past. Great location near the intersection of interstates 270 & 255. Dealing with mgt has gone great too!

The property is in dis-repair
The property is secured by a tall chain link fence and entry thru the gate requires a security code. However, the gate mechanism to open and close has been broken for several weeks. The threshold to the door that my unit is in, is severely bent. It took me several minutes to get the door closed and secured. There are many units with broken doors. I will keep the unit and hope and pray that my property is safe and secure until I can get it out of there.

Clean, Friendly, and Secure
I am very pleased with my storage unit. I am able to get access 24 hours a day and haven't had any trouble. The staff is very friendly and they have answered all the questions that have came up. The property is very clean and is a secure environment.
