I love this place

This is a good place wish they would keep dirt/rock road in the Facility cleaned of debris and screws and nails other than that this place is great

Best non climate controlled unit ever

I love how the overall process was to move into the storage unit; the information was upfront and no surprises. I have had several storage units over my lifetime but I have to say, this was the easiest seamless process from start to finish. Although it was a contactess move in, I still appreciated the prompt follow up emails during each step and text messages for the DaVinci lock (which by the way, I think is awesome it was included with the rental, most charge an extra fee if you don't bring your own, and the lock itself is a pretty neat design). I have already recommended to my friends and family!

Gate does not open on two separate trips

Twice I have not been able to get in the gate to the facility. I use my proper code with “#” at the end. Doesn’t open. Tried many times. Does not open. Just now learned of a temp code. Was not contacted about that.
