Disgusting!!

Bathroom was DISGUSTING. No paper towels, no toilet paper, urine all over toilet seat! Every single time I come into this storage facility their bathroom is nasty. I have complained to the manager about it and all she did was walk outside on the phone and act as if it was an inconvenience.

So far loving it!!

This is the first time I’ve ever had to use a storage for anything and I was walked through every part of the process. The price was cheaper than competitors in our area and their customer service has been great. The facility inside and out are kept very clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I love that I have 24 hour access if I need it and it’s well lit at all times.
