My $1.00 1st mo. fee was not given!

I was supposed to pay a $1.00 fee the first mo. rental and then a $99.00 monthly fee plus insurance. This did not happen! Plus there's a column present in my storage locker unit/3016, this takes up much needed space/5"x10" unit! THANKS! EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT!
