Friendly and competent

We absolutely love Charlene and ken! They were more than helpful and changed and we needed things changed! We can be very indecisive at time but Charlene just kept right on truckin! Awesome!!

Downsizing is not our jam!

I had a brilliant idea to move my family of six to the beach in Destin from our big house in the swampland of Crestucky...getting rid of a decade of odds and ends will naturally occur right? Wrong! Thank goodness for the awesome crew at Southern Self Storage (who were moving in as we were) The staff has been upbeat and accommodating, staying right on top of issues as they arose with the pandemic - informing us of policies and adapting faster than most to this new way of managing public health. They updated equipment and security quickly and I have never felt my things were unsafe or in danger. Being priced below what storage would cost me at our residence and the fact that it's air conditioned makes it a no brainer - They could be evil trolls and still have my business in this situation. The fact that I genuinely enjoy dealing with the staff and can see and feel their hard work and attention to detail means they will continue to have my business long after we have room for the entire family in our kitchen again!
