grouchy old man seeks low maintenance customers in creepy location
Decent prices and AAA membership discounts are the best things about this storage facility. The property managers are an older couple; the husband is a grouchy old man that seems bothered by anything "extra". He has also imposed additional rules at will and used such to threaten eviction. I will be contacting corporate to request a refund and plan to move to a facility that I don't have to worry about these issues.

Great folks working here--always good customer service!!!
I've been a customer for about three years and have always been impressed by the great folks who work here. It's not the easiest place to find (initially) but it's convenient to both I-70 and Colorado Blvd. The units are in good shape and well-maintained. A big plus is the free use of their U-Haul van to move in. All-in all, one of the best storage options you'll find in Denver!

I have been at Mini- U- Storage since approximately 1985 before this facility was a Mini-U-Storage. I have been through a lot of managers. I will always miss Jeanette and her husband; especially Jeanette. I appreciate very much the constant effort to keep the grounds area so clean. Unfortunately, the last two rent increases to my Unit have priced me right out of staying at this facility. JM

Great deal with easy service.
The unit was easy to rent and the owners called me promptly to set up their moving truck. Service was slow when trying to fill out paperwork, but this was due to their computer system. Overall, good service and great price.

Cheap Downtown Storage with great service

Nice facility and painless move
It's great they have a truck there you can rent to make the move as easy as possible. Make sure you arrive at least an hour before you're planning on moving in because paperwork takes a very long time and the owners were a little uneducated on how their computer system worked.. overall awesome facility.

Some of the units are really hard to get to. I was fortunate to get a location near the entrance. The unit was clean, the grounds are clean. The unit was the best price in the area, but still a bit pricey.
The lady that is there on the weekends is great. She is so friendly, easy going, and willing to do all she can to help you. 5 stars for her alone.

Made a rough day smoother!
We thought we had everything planned out until the truck was not returned on time by a previous renter. The agent helped us not only with selecting the proper size unit, but worked with her supervisor at another location to secure a truck for us, saving us money on the move, money we couldn't afford to spend! Mini U storage is great all around, wonderful service by friendly folks. This is our second time having to use this company and so far not disappointed at all!
