Best customer service

The place is very clean and organized. Stefanie was amazing and super helpful. She keeps the place running in excellent condition. We had a great experience with her and we know our belongings are safe there!

The lady I spoke with was very proffessional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped with all the paperwork on the computer( i'm very low tech). Showed us our locker, made sure we were happy with it

Great local service at Extra Space

The local team was fantastic. Pleasant, helpful and speedy. The Sparefoot service was a bit awkward and didn't get all the fact correct. In the end, I"m happy.
