Extra space needed
The lot was clean. It wasnât busy or packed like some others Iâve been to. Got a phone call about ten mins after I made a reservation and they explain everything over the phone on how I can take care of it online and it was simple fast and easy

Customer beware, not safe
If you had a Cubesmart storage unit here at Osage and were one of the numerous victims of theft and break ins between fall 2021 to winter 2022, please contact me. Many have already contacted the authorities with case numbers. Customer beware. Can not publicly address any more details at this time as the investigation continues and at the request of legal team but would never recommend this place nor trust the security and or staff.

Stress free rental and move in, very satisfied w/ property and management.
The team at cubesmart made my move very easy and pleasant. I was very impressed at the property and how nice and clean this entire building is. The manager and her team have been very helpful and kind to us and I give them 10 out of 10 stars and would and will recommend cubesmart to anybody in the future. Keep up the good work and hopefully the others will strive to reach the levels of professionalism cubesmart has acquired but also the compassion and kindness they greet you with everytime you see them. Thanks for showing us a innovative storage facility.

clean and friendly staff, close and convenient loacation
The staff was very friendly and made the reservation process easy. The location is so convenient to me and seems well lit and secure. Our locker was easy to get to and clean, I believe our items will be safe here.

Unlike other storage facilities I have been to this one was unique in sheer people Skills there is nothing better than business with a straight forward person who also knows how to have fun I will definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a storage facility

Nice facility, but pricing ambiguity
The facility is clean and convenient and the single person I spoke with by phone was polite and helpful. I was extremely uncomfortable with how much vagueness there is about the possibility of future price increases. Since I cannot know in advance how long I will need to store my things, it makes me uncomfortable that there is no limit on, and no written assurance about, the future price increases.

Great facility and location!
I rented a 5x5 unit for miscellaneous items and The property/facility was definitely very clean and safe. The customer service Rep both on the Phone and at the location were also very helpful and friendly when providing instructions for moving my stuff in to the unit.
