Efficient, helpful and clean.

The person who checked us in was knowledgeable, friendly efficient and helpful. The facility is clean and the security seems to be good.

Top-notch customer service & a convenient, clean facility

Both of the representatives I worked with--Jesse initially and Marland at the Lamotte Street facility--were exceptional. Marland was professional, helpful, kind and polite to everyone who was in line to pay or check in, and his pleasantness was contagious. He explained everything very clearly and gave me several options in addition to what I had reserved. Sign-in was fast but thorough and he patiently answered my questions. The facility is clean
