Great Value had units available to rent easily and quickly about a week ahead of my move out. It was a very easy and fast process and the staff member there was very helpful and informative with me as it was my first time getting a storage unit.

Decluttering our house before putting it up for sale.
This was good for our needs. Drive-up/Outside access. You use your own lock, and they have different size units. We got the 5 by 15 foot unit. Place is not in a real good area, but it is a secure facility. I had no issues. I was there on a hot day, and it seemed cooler in the unit than it was outside.

Friendly staff
We had to get a storage unit on an emergency basis and these people not only had the best price for the size needed but their staff member on site was very friendly and accommodating. We are very pleased with this location.

House fell through
I was moving to a rented house & the landlord pulled out less than 24hrs before I was set to move in. I had to find somewhere for my things to go quickly. Great Value was there available, kind & patient as I had never rented a storage space before.

Was quick and easy

Great Value Storage, great location and great pricing
The facility was very clean and the manager went over and above trying to compensate our needs. After checking several facilities, we found that Great Value Storage could not be beat in their pricing. Eventhough, they would not accept retired military for an additional discount, they still beat the facility that we almost went with. Thank you for everything, we are very pleased

Surprise....
Found them here on this site, reserved a unit, went by to rent and was informed: :"Uhm, since this is from online and you get one month free, you have to buy $25.00 of services from us" Told them nowhere on the site did it state anything like that, yet they insisted I had to buy $25.00 in services (I did NOT). I was then shown 1st unit...still had furniture and dirt in it (followed by an embarrassed "oops" by the employee)...second unit door wouldnt open at all (was stuck)...third unit finally was clean and usable. Also, there is exactly ONE visitors parking spot!!! Needless to say I went elsewhere!!!!

This place is great and convenient. The lady at the counter was wonderful, the facility is kept clean.
My only concern is that a few cameras didn't seem to be working, they just need to bring them back online.

My experience was very positive here, the lady in the office was really helpful even when their computers were down. The facility is kept in good order.
The only suggestion is to fix a few non-working cameras to shore up security.
