My 10by15 unit is exactly what I needed.
It's in a nice location and clean and sanitary and they lend help with bugs n rodents. They also supplied me with a lock. I will recommend Sparefoot to many ppl in my area. The service ppl are very nice and helpful. Thank you.

Simple to book and affordable, Shelly was very helpful.
So far so good. I move my stuff in soon, will leave a more in depth review if anything changes. Feels safe and secure and the indoor climate control will be good for sensitive items.

Good Location, Excellent Service!
I Got there not knowing much about Storage Units but the Storage lot manager Shelly was very helpful and walked me through it and was able to get the unit I needed. I'll be recommending this Storage facility and store manager Shelly to a couple other pals of mine that were talking about needing a storage building. Thanks Storage Rentals of America.

Be very careful
The Customer Service at this facility is non-existent. I started out by renting a lot to park my RV. Website advertises how the facility is well lit and has cameras. My RV was vandalized twice and when I informed the facility they said it was between me and the Police. Final straw for me was when I rented a storage locker and paid my bill in person and two weeks later I came to access my unit and found a red lock on it to prevent me from getting in. When I asked about it I was told that I had to sign and update my lease. I had a truck rented and people hired to help unload my stuff and even though my bill was paid, I had to lose all that money because of a paperwork issue. I called corporate office and they couldn't care less. They gave me an email address to complain too and they didn't even bother to answer my email. If I pay my bill then I expect to have access to my locker. You can find storage places in town with a lot better customer service than this. I would tread lightly if you plan on doing business with these people. Not customer friendly at all.

When I go I never can remember my storage units number.. Yes! every time I go I have to produce me licence. The people who run it are very helpful, the place is secure, and very clean.
I wish it was a little cheaper then it is.
I found more units cheaper but this one was the best for me..
