The best in storage facilities HANDS DOWN!

Cody went above and beyond to make things happen for us. We will always remember him and Dtown Mini Storage whenever the need arises. We have already spoken to friends and family about how Cody's professionalism was refreshing. Then, we went to the storage unit we rented and wow, very clean! There were even carts to help us get the heavy items from the car, up the ramp and into the unit. The security procedures were reassuring, knowing our items were not only safe as per our padlock, but the building itself is locked down. I would recommend this to anyone and will use them again and again.

I am glad it was so easy to reserve a storage unit online.

After reserving a storage unit online I was very pleased that I could do all the paperwork online and sign the agreement online. My sister who took my things to the storage unit for me said they are very nice and clean inside.

problem is the wooden doors are pretty flimsy. The hasps for the locks are put on wrong

Good Service

While we did play a little phone tag, Cody, the manager, endevored to follow up with me consistently within 5 to 10 minutes of my calling back each time. He was on the phone with other customers. Even though I submitted my request to move in the same day, he made it happen with a rendezvous at the storage location within hours of my online submittal. Thank you so much for this prompt service.
