I had a very pleasant experience...

I had a very pleasant experience renting my unit at the Westmoreland site...I was in need of a unit ASAP on a Sunday morning & Mrs. Linda was more than happy to help. She was very professional & courteous, she went above & beyond to accommodate us. I could tell her number one goal was to make sure that her customers are satisfied, she was so sweet. I have been using public storage for years and every time is always pleasant. Even when they didn't have the size available that I needed they took their time to find a location that did have it. Gabrielle & Alex has been great the entire 10 months I have been here. I think that they have excellent customer service skills and are great with their customers.
