Easy Move-in
I reserved my unit online and was able to tour and have the paperwork prepared in about 15 minutes, and this included setting up auto-pay. Both the young lady running the office and Steven, the on-site manager, were cheerful and helpful. There were several carts available to help with my load-in, and I was able to use my heavy-duty lock from a previous storage unit at a different facility. We're off to a great start!

Top notch service
I've rented at a few other places and left because of service and or security issues pretty quick, none of those issues exist here. The service I've received was immediate and impeccable with a clear open line of communication. The facility is always clean and maintained. When I leave I feel comfortable that myy things are safe and secure. I highly recommend using them for any storage needs.

Theft is rampant here
I found out half my stuff was stolen when I went to my unit yesterday. Apparently theft is rampant and upper management could care less. If you want your stuff stolen, I highly recommend storing it here. The old managers Kurt and Robbie were great but they are long gone after seeing that the corporate office only wants filled units to earn income but could care less about a theft problem.
My lock was blatantly broken which management said did not in any way make them think there was an issue (besides the fact that the burglars left stuff hanging out under the door and management didn't think anything of that either.) They claim they walk the units almost everyday and yet it only took me one second to look at the damaged lock latch and know I had been robbed while it looked normal to them.
I was told the police would need a subpoena to get video footage - clearly management doesn't care and does not want to help. They just want full units and are happy to rent to anyone even if they look like they might be a Thief. The great former managers left after saying there were 15 thefts in a few months due to corporate demanding they rent to anyone.

I have to say that I was shocked at the level of customer service at this facility, the staff was so helpful and treated me like family! I have not seen this type of customer service in many years and it is a breath of fresh air! I made a quick initial decision to come here for the prices but its the obvious care and concern for their customers that will keep me here.
