I have had a great experience with public storage. They were very helpful I had a girl named Angie and she was amazing she helped me find exactly what size I needed. I also thought the property was clean and well kept .

Great customer service and friendly...

Great customer service and friendly staff. When I made my reservation through Customer Service they did not inform me I would be charge for insurance or a lock. The price I was quoted was not the price I had to pay. I wound up paying almost double what I was quoted. But other than that my experience was very good.

My experience with Public Storage was excellent! The Office Manager - Angie, was not only professional and knowledgeable but she had a pleasing personality!! She was attentive, she smiled often and she never missed a chance to say THANK YOU. I would personally recommend this Public Storage location.

Darius did a great job explaining everything and was very friendly! I will say that there are a few extra charges that one might not consider when reserving their storage unit - like admin fee, mandatory key fee and mandatory rental insurance.

I came in unsure what Kind of storage unit I needed in my life, but thank god Melissa was there to help me. I was quickly overwhelmed by the professionalism and care I received when picking out my very own unit that I almost broke down and cried.
