Online payment: My only problem had to do with the payment online. I tried paying via my iPhone, and every time I put information into a box it was impossible to see more than a few numbers or letters. I was basically putting in the information blind. When I got the receipt back, the payment information was OK, but my address and phone number are all screwed up. I’m hoping it all went well on your side, please let me know.

The quote over the phone was different from when the guy try to charge me
great storgage space for the small amount i needed, i was alil disappointed, because the guys there tried to charge me 108, but quoted me 48 over the phone, but was nice enough to give it to me for 38, because it was his wrong!! Other then that. Its was good

The kiosk was broken but we got it done anyway
OK, so we moved in on a Sunday and no one is there on Sundays. They have a kiosk at the front entrance where you can rent a storage unit without any human interaction. There are about 30 steps to get it done and the button for live help is broken... so you're on your own, good luck! It shows you a map so you can choose a unit. This map is very misleading. I thought we were renting a unit in the middle of t he property - but it turned out to be on the far far FAR end, and not very easily accessible (there was only about 5 feet of space between the door and the opposite wall) **BEWARE: Map not accurate! And you have to purchase insurance, no option to self insure**
Although it was not what we expected, it worked for us. The manager called me the next day to welcome us and asked us to come back and sign paperwork in person. Nice guy. He said to bring in proof of insurance and the $9 monthly fee will be waived. All in all a good experience if you know what to expect.

Desk clerk rude. Inquired about ADVERTISED discount of free first mo, and free truck. Informed those were for AAA MEMBERS ONLY. Does not show this in photos. When I asked why? He rudely told me if I didn't like it, he'd give me my money back, and I could go "somewhere else". There's an A-1 storage directly behind, I should have taken my business to them. Very disappointed in the customer service here. Seemed very discussed that I chose to read the contract BEFORE signing it. And now I'm the bitch that asked too many questions. ( He didn't call me that but made me feel this way).

I was very happy with my overall experience !
I was super stressed about whole reserving unit and it was an emergency situation that had forced me to need storage on such short notice, so my anxiety was high but as soon as I walked into offices I was greeted by the kindest most helpful man who inspire of having some computer issues was very reassuring and gracious we got everything sorted and I felt very good about my decision to rent there !

The online quoted rate was slightly less than the promotional price. no biggee as it was just a few dollars. My issue in that regard is that it's discounted while requiring $10 per mth insurance. i pay $15 a month for a full household to be insured, so that's rather unreasonable. and to have the promo price, i HAVE to pay the insurance.... the rental truck is expensive unless your move is VERY local. thanks.

The customer service rep at the reservations center was great. I didn't meet the rep at the facility, but I understand they were professional and courteous. I was promised and reserved one price when I moved in the manager was very rude yelled at me told me they no longer had that unit for that price even though I got an email conformation that morning. He threw my license and credit card back at me and said "if you want a1 storage is down the street". Very unprofessional.

I ended up not needing the storage unit, but Chris T (manager) was number 1bin customer service. I was truly amazed at the customer service that he showed. Not only polite, but was immediate in response to my questions and to tell me that the unit I had reserved was possibly not going to accommodate me due to the position the unit was located in if I had large pieces of furniture. He then gave me suggestions to what could solve the issue. Who does that? Anyone needs a storrage unit, go see Chris T at Ygnacio! Awesome Chris...thanks again!
