Great Customer Service
The manager was very accommodating. Since we were operating on a different time zone, we arrived during his lunchtime. He still took the time to set up our storage with a very pleasant attitude. We were shown everything we needed to know about accessing the unit which was very clean. We really appreciated it!

Awesome customer service and the price and security is good.
I have stored with this facility twice and am going to use them again in the near future. Mr. Alvin really cares about the customers and does a fantastic job making them feel secure about using this business. I really like this facility above others I have used in Columbus and other states we've lived in. Have recommended to others who like it also.

Getting a storage from this facility is convenience, easy, and stress free.
1. Get online, search for the storage
2. Make reservation with no money down
3. Rep called me to confirm the time and date. You will even get a sms for a reminder which is good for a busy person like me currently
4. Went over to the site, signed some paperworks (10 mins) and I received the instructions about the facility entrance security, the lock etc.
5. Move you belongings inside the storage and don't forget to thank the rep.
Easy and smooth.

PURCHASE NOW!!!
I recently renting out an 5' X 10' unit storage from the Storage Xxtra, on Floyd Road in Columbus, GA. At first, I thought I would need only an 5' X 5' unit, yet the employee, Mr. Berry had help me decide that I would need an 5' X 10' unit. By looking at my household goods, he notice that I would need to upgrade to another unit, in which I didn't have a problem with upgrading to an bigger unit.
So Mr. Berry took me on a little ride on the company's golf cart to take me to me unit. After I looked at the unit and confirmed the unit that he suggested, I signed the papers (in which it only took me less than ten minutes to do) immediately and started unpacking my household goods into my storage. Overall, my experience at Storage Xxtra was terrific! The storage cite is ONLY seven minutes away from where I stay, the area inside and out is spotless clean, the price is very reasonable, and the customer services is to die for!
I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO TO STORAGE XXTRA AND TALK TO MR. BERRY. HE WILL GET YOU WHAT YOU DESERVE!
