Amazing customer service!
This was the first time I’ve ever used this company. From the very beginning, reserving my unit, online and communication I had up until my move-in date was excellent. The day I moved in I was impressed with the property in the cleanliness. The customer service is out of this world. I have never rented a unit that already had a lock in it. This company is all about making your moving experience stressless

Very friendly, nice, and pleasant
When I walk through the door it was a warm welcome, they help me my storage and made sure I got a good deal. It was a little problem but they fixed it and help me to save more money. Totally recommend anyone to them

Incredible customer service, and a great facility.
The customer service here is incredible. It is completely worth driving 2 hours to store our things here; the reasonable prices and phenomenal team at RSOA in Columbia made it one of the easiest choices we’ve made throughout our whole moving process. Thank you guys!

Easy and fast
The location of the storage building is very different from most places. You have to depend on the operating hours of the office in order to move things in and out of your storage. There is limited access to your storage building. On the other hand I experienced great service.

Good price but dirty
This place had a very conpetitive price and I realize why now, it was very dirty compared to normal storage places and it seemed very sketchy. The service was great and I the storage unit itself was fine but the sketchiness of the place kind of put me off
