Manager lies to get more money from customers
I went to the office and told them my bill was incorrect for the first month and the manager looked me right in my face and said the bill was correct and I would not get a $15 move on fee because I moved in Nov. as if we didnât have a conversation the week prior when I was moving in when she told me how much I would be paying. I called corporate and they support lies so I will be moving my stuff after these 30 days are over. I have also reported them to JAG to make sure no other Soldier gets scammed by this company.

Great service, wonderful staff and very clean facility!
This was my first time renting storage units and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable, everything was thoroughly explained and the process was made very easy. The facility is spotless and I felt very safe securing my belongings there. The staff is also exceedingly understanding; on move-in day I borrowed a dolly and it was accidentally locked inside my unit! The lady I checked in with gave me a call about the missing dolly the following Monday and they let me return it to the office on my lunch break the next day--without even charging me for the mistake! I highly recommend this facility.

Smooth in processing
Moving in was a breeze. Iâve never had such a smoother experience stress free and accurate pricing. All paper signing was done electronically so it saved alot of time and my patience were not affected. Customer service was great! Iâll def refer people to this storage facility. And it was clean!!! The employee that helped us was amazing. The grounds are kept clean. There was hidden fees like insurance, why not just add it to the price if ots a mandatory thing?? All in all a descent spot.
