High price, not clean

Not satisfied with having to pay 2 months rent for 5 weeks. Then when we returned to move out, everything in our unit was covered in dirt & grime. If your going to over charge me for the unit, you could at least make sure your building is up to par & able to store my items properly. The seals on the bottoms of the doors need to be replaced to make sure it keeps the excess dirt & bugs out. I could have stored them in my garage & they would have been in better condition.

Everything is electronic and easy to process!

It was fast and convenient. You walk in to building and process your checkin on a kiosk and everything is emailed to you. The maps are on the wall so you can see where your storage is located on the property.

so the climate control system does not seem to be well although inside the room. but still at this price it is fine.

Convenient and clean storage.

Overall, I am happy with this storage facility. The door on the end of the C building (closest to Wellborne Rd) will not shut properly and flings back open. It would be nice if somebody could fix it for better temperature control.

Great location. Great price.

We needed a good place to hold our stuff while we’re staying with family but didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg like some others in town. This was a perfect location, easy to get to, and the self serve kiosk was a nice touch! Very thankful we found this place.

Cheap, but poor communication

I never got a notice to pay my rent and I had to figure out how to. Once I made an account it said I had been given a second notice and I never received any communication. I like the place and I am happy with the pricing, I just wish there was better communication

Easy start-up

It was easy to get the spot, it was full of dust and cobwebs and spiders. I had a hard time opening the sliding mechanism but no problem closing it.
