Very conveniently close to Cohoes NY.
Helpful and friendly staff. The storage unit is clean an in very good condition. Would definitely refer this storage facility to anyone in my family. The price was very reasonable compared to other facilities that are near by.

Horrible customer service
Office is often closed and inaccessible. Been calling daily and been told manager will return phone call same day, 3 days have passed and still no call back. Avoid this storage facility at all costs
