Good move in

I moved in on October 26, 2023 and just took a few tables to the unit on October 30, 2023 i recieved a warning notice of trash in or around the unit. When I opened the unit when moving in there was rat poison in little pouches. But as far as trash that was not me. I'm not sure How you can accuse someone of putting trash there when you don't see them do it. Anyone could have put it there or the wind could have blown it there.

Thank you to Charlie at the Aldrin-Loveland, Colorado location, who helped me through paperwork, corrected an error, went out of her way to guide me to my unit, and sprayed for wasps to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. I received 100 percent, the customer service I wish everyone would conduct in their practice. Charlie, you made my move day better than it already was. You are very much appreciated!

Costumer service by Charlie was amazing. I reserved online and paid the amount showed. Other products, like padlocks and boxes, were available for sale inside as well.

Wasting my time

The manager told me I could check in online but my reservation code wouldn't work. The code she sent me wouldn't work, so she said I'd either have to start over (loosing my reservation entirely) or come in and do it in person. So I went in, and she wasn't even there. I had to wait half an hour for her to come back (while the office was open, documents and her set of keys strewn about, that's very comforting). While I was there, I called their larger branch and an agent helped me fill out the documents that I needed to, online. So this manager (Charlie) had me drive all the way down there for nothing. Thanks for wasting my time.
