Very Impressed with Rodney

Rodney had the most sincere customer service skills that I've seen in a very long time. Unfortunately this is not seen anymore and I'm very impressed and thankful for him. Rodney went above and beyond helping me in a very stressful time. I too work in customer service and we need people like him. Rodney made a difference and fantastic impression that I will never forget. Thanks so much for everything and never stop being a truly sincere person. You are definitely one of a kind.

I’m very Pleased

I was able to walk in and rent a unit at, what I think is, reasonable prices. Very pleased with the personable service. I like the one on one service. I would recommend to everyone.

Lack of communication and overcharged

This company bought out the storage place I was using. They changed the due date and charged me a month and a half. Then charged me extra for renters insurance instead of asking me for mine. I've talked to 5 different people and a couple managers and get different stories and still unsatisfied with what they are offering.
