Awesome through my stressful situation

Good Pricing and convenient for me.
Customer service was a medium rating because I reserve a unit and arrived at the facility 2 times to find the door locked and no staff available to allow me access to the unit I reserved. I paid for a day that I was unable to use because staff weren't there to process my account.

Clean facility. The overhead door out of service - move in difficult.
It would be nice to get the overhead door repaired. Very difficult to get wide items through the standard. Door.

Very nice so far!
Just moved in, but so far things are fine. Very clean, nice staff. One drawback is that it's so large, the unit I have is a bit farther than I'd like from the loading area.
